Mental Health doesn’t wait. Our TMS team are working diligently to provide a safe, sterile and welcoming environment for all of our current and new TMS Patients. We are helping to fill the gap for patients who need TMS treatment during this uncertain time.
Always Committed to Patient Care and Safety
A strict protocol has been put in place to ensure our patients can continue treatment safely;
- The Regus reception and waiting area follow strict covid guidelines and are contact free
- Clinicians wear gloves, apron and masks that are changed after each patient
- Each patient is screened prior to treatment. This includes a covid specific questionnaire and temperature checks.
- Patients are encouraged to stay home if they have been (or possibly have been) exposed to corona virus or are feeling unwell
- Patients are kept apart in the waiting room in separate seating zones
- All patients are advised to wash and gel their hands before and after treatment
- New referral appointments can be completed via video call as an alternative at patient preference
- All waiting room chairs are cleaned after each patient
- Our TMS rooms receive a deep clean at the end of each day and are sterilized after each patient.
We know these times are uncertain; our patient’s care is not and will never be compromised. Our Consultant Psychiatrists continue to monitor patients and review medications with their GP (and other professionals involved) if needed to provide consistent and holistic support.
Alongside this we offer FREE psychology assessments with all our TMS packages and continued therapy sessions can be purchased for those who need it further.
